Students are expected to attend their scheduled weekly lesson time. When you register for lessons, your time-slot is reserved for you for the teaching year. Please keep in mind that our studio operates at full capacity and make-ups for missed lessons are not guaranteed. No refunds are given for “no show” missed lessons. A minimum 24 hours notice is required to reschedule. Rescheduled lessons must take place within the month – they cannot carry over into the next month.

Illness. If you or your child is ill, please email camasmusicstudio@gmail.com or phone/text the studio at 250-514-2941 with as much advance notice as possible. We can either move the lesson to an online format, or seek out available times to reschedule your lesson within the month.

Teacher Absence. Teacher sick days and absences will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

Discontinuing lessons. If a student needs to discontinue lessons, a month’s notice is required and very much appreciated.

Please be on time. Lesson times cannot be extended for students who arrive late. Students must be picked up promptly at the end of their scheduled lesson.
