Camas Music Studio is located in beautiful downtown Victoria, close to the intersection of View and Vancouver. We welcome students of all levels and ages (6+ to adult) who wish to be part of a gentle, fun and encouraging music community that supports quality and excellence in the arts! We enjoy hosting winter and spring recitals where piano students perform a variety of works from early learning pieces to advanced works in classical and popular genres. Many of our students also participate in piano and theory exams with the Royal Conservatory of Music development program.

We offer piano, theory and composition lessons in studio and online. Lessons are one-on-one, meaning you are engaging in a unique weekly musical mentorship that educates, uplifts and encourages artistic potential. We specialize in lessons for adult learners, RCM exam preparation in piano and theory, and music composition.

Although lessons are primarily offered in studio and online, I also do some travelling to student homes in Fairfield, Fernwood, Harris Green, Ross Bay and Cook St. Village. My in-home student roster is currently full, however spaces do come up so be sure to inquire if this interests you.

Online Summer RCM Theory. The next online theory session begins early May 2024 for examinations taking place in August 2024. Information will be updated closer to the date so please check back.

In-Studio Lesson Rates:
Current 2023-24 lesson rates are $34/30-min, $51/45-min, $68/60-min, in effect as of September 1, 2023.
Travel fees are $2.00 per household per lesson.
